Aug. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Dryness will prevent premature flowering that
was seen earlier this month, when flowers died amid lack of subsequent
moisture, eroding crop prospects for next yr, says Andy Karst,
meteorologist with World Weather Inc.
* Mostly cool weather expected during period, without risk of frost,
Karst says in telephone interview from Overland Park.
