O Mercado físico de café trabalhou o dia calmo, mantendo os mesmos níveis de preço de ontem. Para cafés Safra 10/11 de R$ 455,00a R$ 460,00, com 10% a 15% de catação, e para cafés com 15% a 20% de catação R$ 445,00 a 450,00, com poucos negócios.

O fechamento do café arábica BMF para o vencimento Mar/11 foi a US$ 309,90 com 2,50 de alta, totalizando um volume de 1.635 contratos. Saiu spread de Mar/Set de -16,80 a -14,00. Observamos arbitragem Mar/Mar de -2,50 a -5,00 Mar/Mai de -4,75 a -6,50; Set/Set de -17,00a -18,50. O mercado de café BMF –Março trabalhou a maior parte do dia em alta atingindo nova máxima ao preço de R$ 310,50, reflexo do aperto do mercado físico de café de qualidade , levando os diferenciais contra NY que hoje atingiram o menor nível da série atual.

O mercado de café para o vencimento Março encerrou cotado a 236,95, com 55 pontos de queda, e range entre 234,70 e 241,50. Emmais uma sessão de forte volatilidade, a cotação do café nesta quinta-feira trabalhou em movimentos mistos. Iniciando o dia dando continuidade ao movimento de ontem, o grão atuou pela manhã em tendência de alta, quando na quebra da resistência de 239,55, stops de compras foram rapidamente notados, levando a commodity para sua máxima da semana a 241,00, fazendo assim nova máxima do movimento a 241,50. Com certa escala de vendas nesses níveis, aliado a realização do euro frente ao dólar, pressionaram o café para testar novamente os patamares de 238,50, onde então permaneceu trabalhando por certo período de tempo.

Sem novas noticias fundamentalistas, vimos o grão quebrar desta vez sua mínima de 236,20 feita pela manhã, onde então buscou em franca queda a mínima do dia de 234,70. Desta vez com defesa de compras, a commodity voltou a se apreciar, fechando com inalterada queda em relação a ontem a 236,95. As médias móveis de 40, 100 e 200 dias estão compreendidas em 226,40 / 207,70 e181,90 respectivamente. De acordo com a Cecafé, os embarques de Janeiro (entre os dias 01 e 26) somam 1.748.459 sacas, uma variação negativa de 45,5% em relação ao mesmo período do mês anterior. O café Londres Março/11 encerrou cotado a 2090, com 6 pontos de queda, num range de2068 e 2106.
